Since my country is currently in look down, I ave been streaming myself playing the Breath of Fire Games (almost done with the first one). And to keep the theme going, I held a poll for Breath of Fire characters to draw. To my delight, the winenr was SCIAS, one of my very favorites characters from all across the games - although IV is not my favorite game. III is, tough I will admit that does have a lot to do with nostalgia.Either way, Scias is just cool. A classic "mercenary" style character with a veyr literal approach to his work, he's a dog man with extra healing and ice spells, who has a visual design that screams "Samurai" yet wields a medieval looking sword. It's just such a hilariously strange mix of tropes and imagery that I can't help but love him.
Tried to make this look similar to my Garr drawing from last year. If I do more, that will definitely be a "series" of sorts.
