Description I love elegant curvy lines and merfolk are perfect for them
This was drawn on the go on my small sketchpad, which is why one hand is cut-off.

They are also called "Tritons" (Triton in singular) and yours looks really nice.

merfolk ARE perfect for curves, i love how slinky and sensual they can be. i like the way hishe's 'standing' his upper body and tail are almost equal before it turns giving a balaneced feel. i really like his side fins, too.

Yeah, okay, you're >.< READING MY MIND! o.O hot stuff... on another note, I think the line of the left side of his body would work better if his arm was more, vertical... just a thought

Thanks! Which arm is that, his left arm (our right) that is a bit cut off? Think it should be straighter? I may work on that when I ink him.

Lol, I agree. Merfolk are great for curvy linework, and you've done a great job!
