As a fellow adventurer, e-chan wants to help Minta have a possible advantage against the foes she goes up against. With many of them using a variety of different bombs as a form of attack he thinks that the best thing for her would be a bomb type that isn't very well known or heard of. Thus he teaches her how to create an E-nergy bomb, an explosive of emotional energy that can by default bypass shields and other protective armors. At her level and experience with E-nergy it might not be exactly powerful, but by using it she can create openings and hesitation in her opponents which can lead to a chance for victory against particularly powerful opponents.
