I was shocked when Sokka said that it looked like the end. I couldn't believe there would be a near death experience like that on a kid's show. I teared up and I bet there were hundreds of kids screaming "Mommy, what's going to happen to them!?"
And then "Did boomerang come back?" That was even more epic. Oh GAWD! I've got to get Sozin's Comet on DVD.

lol, come on after all the shit they when through. Not that I was against Zutara, if it had happened earlier, like season 2 finale area, then i would be ok with it. but by the end it would have just felt sooo wrong, not to mention unfair if aang and katara didn't get together.

Oh, I'm not saying that I was still hoping for Zutara. I knew it couldn't happen anymore. I just wish they hadn't done it so... ungracefully. Seriously. They just kiss? That's it? They've kissed before, it's like... bleh. It just annoying. I'd rather nothing have happened. Zutara's less awkward and annoying.

I reacted in a like manner, and you know what? SCREW THE SHIPPING WAR! The Finale was amazing, with Toph metal bending left and right and all those close calls, it was just so phenomenal.

Indeed. Shipping (while I rather enjoyed it) was always a second to the general story. I was always more concerned with what happened then who got together.And anyway, it was hard to even think about the shipping while there was so much sweet action going on.

The creators have expressed interest in doing another Avatar series. They don't know if they will get to do it, but come on. If Nik doesn't let them do it, then they have no sense at all. So keep your fingers crossed.

Lol, that was a pretty good summary of what most people felt during it. All Azula needed at the end to be completely crazy was one huge eye and one little eye. Just like King Bumi ;D

Dude! I totally did all those things! I was totally on the edge of my seat holding onto a pillow the whole time. Iroh is like the best uncle EVER, he's totally a sweet guy. And Azula freaked me out, she was scare even for her, but i felt a little bad, she was like an animal with rabies (they're scary, but they cant really help it).
But yeah for avatar and all its final glory!

Oh, I felt so sorry for her after katara beat her.(although the was katara beat her was super badass) After Mai, and Ty Lee betrayed her, which hit her hard. Seeing as she started banishing everyone so they wouldn't have the chance to betray her. She felt like she was no longer in control. And I think that that feeling of control was the only thing that kept her as "sane" as she was.

Random: On friday, I tried cutting my bangs myself, so I can kindof relate to Azula going crazy... I was on a mad warpath when it turned out wrong... she still needs therapy, though...

I screamed "DON'T LET GO SOKKA!" When they were falling off the airship. And then outta nowhere Zuki's all, 'I'm here! Love me again!"

The suspense wasn't long enough. They should have hung a few seconds more. And I think Toph should have said something. You know, come like 2 words away from confessing to Sokka. lol would have driven the Tokkas nuts.

They are suppose to be making a few 1 hour movies that are set to be released shortly before the live action movies come out. So any unfinished plots will probably be finished there. I'm sure Zuko's mom is going to be one of them.
