Lieutenant TPE-23079, known through databanks as Sudon Fow, was the designation of an Imperial Novel-class Advanced Recon Commando Officer of the Galactic Empire's Imperial ARC Troopers.

Authoritative delegations granted this particular commando with the sovereignty to command their men as they saw fit answering only to the highest Senior Officers they'd been assigned to which varied on a mission to mission basis.

Of their assignments, two of their most notable was one in which they'd been deployed to Bethal some time after its disastrous agricultural saw reparations following its economic collapse from infectuous greddleback termites. Tensions were amplifying as a result of their late Emperor and the incident over Endor which had been making rounds from sector to sector and the quelling of turmoil in the Tapani sector, most notably Bethal, was beginning to look less likely. Though a number of Imperial Warlords saw the Moff, Tendd, as a valuable asset given their spontaneous ability to conserve and harbor as much control of the sector as their conditions would allow, their ineffectual leadership meant they were less likely to hold their own against the New Republic. Thus began their deployment to the world of Bethal, where the imperial garrison(s) comprised of exasperated members of the imperial army and disdainful operatives of the imperial navy meant possible obstacles in their efforts to divert much of the world's resources off-world.

When the New Republic had arrived, the Moff's apprehensions ascended and demanded to be taken offworld. Now.

The Imperial ARCs, including TPE-23079, were dispatched to quell the New Republican forces while the rest of their allies would quickly ship as much of their cargo as they could, prioritizing it over the Moff's life. The worried Moff would eventually compose themselves when an order had been administered issuing an objective for the Imperial ARCs, to take the Governor offworld alongside the cargo. The altercations against the New Republic did little to suppress much of the tired Imperial army soldiers who'd grown spiteful of the Governor who'd made empty promises to reward them for their services, a duty that would land them incarcerated given the Empire's past transgressions. With a number of detachments segregating from the Moff's remnant, the imperial ARCs engaged valiantly against traitorous imperial soldiers alongside fellow imperial army survivors who'd sought to ensure the safety of Moff Tendd.

Boarding the last TIE Shuttle on site, TPE-23079 galumphed with the Moff in their arms assisting their march before it'd been revealed the governor had been wounded in the altercation. Relaying their situation report to high-command, the high-ranking officer who'd responded placed value on the mission's success over the wounded governor's life.

Moff Tendd's fate was left ambiguous following the mission.

TPE-23079 was also a participant of an event known as the *Night of a Thousand Tears*.
