Description
This was made exclusively for Corrupted Carousel about two years ago; however, now that the site is defunct, I don't see why I shouldn't post it here for all. ^^As with my other bases, all I ask is that I receive credit for the base.

In my opinion, it's the same as featuring a resource, which I have no qualms with. Many stock photos, patterns, tutorials, etc. have been featured in the past. A base is just another resource, albeit it's for a smaller audience, but not many people make dolls or pixel, so what can you do...
