I like this idea. I think the fallen angels in DXD are completely under utilized. I also believe Raynare and her team also have the potential to be good it would probably just take time. I also learned something that despite Raynares sadistic way in killing Issei she was still technically doing her job. Apparently information was giving across Fallen angels to kill sacred gear users across the world.

I think the way to reform both Raynare and her team is to show them that:
1. Humans are more than want they seem
2. The importance of creating genuine bonds between each other
3. The importance of hard work to gain strength by themselves
4. Trying to empathize with people
