It's a while since I done this pic, just uploading to test out how this site works.The image depicts mine and two of my friend's World of Warcraft characters.
Penciled by me, then colored in Photoshop. (also by me)

Wow, this is a brilliant piece. I like how you managed to make this piece realistic (as far as that goes) in terms of awesome lighting, but hint at the "comic graphic" style of WoW. That's a very nice composition, something you don't see on the official art. There, you really just have a bunch of people spaced out evenly, but in this piece, it gets somewhat personal, with the close proximity of the characters. This is only enhanced by the background, where you can only guess the distant landscapes behind. And it brings out the characters a lot more.
All in all, a really great piece. And for the Horde, indeed!

hi there, I had a small question
you know if you color in photoshop you always color on layers underneath the actual lineart(thats on multiply) right? well my question was that with some drawings you can hardly see the line-art anymore, is there a trick to that perhaps?
I'd be so relieved and honored if you could answer this ^^

The way I do it is simply lowering the opacity of the lineart layer so it's barely visible (around 10- 20 % or so).
That allows me to still follow the lines while being able to see what I paint underneath. In some cases I just remove the lineart
layer completely towards the end.
