My half of an art trade with *xblooiex ! I'm very sorry to those of you who have finished your halves of our Nuzlocke trades and are awaiting my half - I got a sudden inspiration for this one and had to finish it. :C But I promise I will get started on my other owed trades tomorrow at the latest!This ended up with a sort of comic book vibe, which I am very happy about, though I'm not sure how I achieved it. Anyhow, Blooie asked for any of my teammates interacting with any of hers. I had something thought up for pretty much any of our pokemon were they to meet - but this one stuck in my head and made me laugh too hard NOT to use it. So this is Josh the Monferno and Donna the Floatzel from my run, and Cinnamon the Monferno from hers.
Josh has a major size complex, and that is even more apparent now that everyone on the team but him seems to be evolving. Donna can't help but make fun of him for it, so when these three met, of course the first thing she did was compare their heights.
During the process of drawing this I realized how different Josh is from most Monfernos.
I've always drawn him with a narrower face/snout and darker/more earthy colors, to match his personality. It was fun making Cinny and Josh look different!I hope I drew Cinny okay, Blooie. Dx And I hope you like it! Thanks for trading with me!

But I'm so happy you like iiiiit! <3 It was a ton of fun drawing it. Cinny's hairstyle was bundles of joy for me to draw hahaha.
She even has a bit of a Nala-like personality, now that you say it. She's pretty much one of the guys and isn't afraid to push 'em around a bit. ^^ Though currently Josh is the only male on the team. Boy you have a harem r/n.
Don't worry about it! I'm not exactly a speed demon with my trades, so I never mind if my traders need some time to find inspiration. <3

Thorn seems pretty confident considering his size. (I have a feeling he'll be evolving soon; you're getting far enough into your comic now. I can't wait to see him as a Lairon! Good on you for keeping him alive all this time.) And yeah, hehe, I don't think Cinny really even knows why he was there in the first place. xD He seems like the kind of guy that would just be grumpy about something like this.
Donna's size is one of my favorite things about her evolution. I've always thought Floatzels should be these big, hulking ottercatbeasts. After all, Donna is Esper's Surf mechanism. ;D
