So I'm back after about a week of being offline with faulty internet... Cable guy finally came by and fixed me right up with a new cable modem and boosted the signal strength or whatever it is that the cable people do. So I'm happy to be back!
Worked a bit on my story while offline, I'm about 5 pages in so it's coming. Slowly, but it's coming.
Anyway, I wonder if any of you out there have seen this article? [link]
Apparently a Valve employee has been walking around sporting a Half-Life 3 T-shirt
! Sadly, this is NOT HL3 confirmation, but maybe they're baiting our hooks a bit 
At any rate, after seeing that logo today I figured well looky here! It's the "Official" Half-Life 3 logo. And I just couldn't stop myself from making a Half-Life 3 wallpaper based on said logo!
I really hope you guys like it. I always like to make something for everyone who follows me out there as a nice treat

Thank you for letting me know! I have absolutely NO problem with people borrowing or using my work. Only thing I've ever really asked is that they let me know, cause I like to see what they do with it. But I don't ask for permission, or really even credit most of the time (though credit is nice).

Half-Life 3 will redefine the genre, and revolutionize gaming just as every Half-Life game has done so thus far. VALVe inspires.
I actually have an idea for a Teaser Poster for Half-Life 3 that I want to get around to making - been meaning to do it for the longest time, but just been busy with other stuff.
The idea is to have a single female rebel, in the usual rebel fatigues, except not wearing the ski-cap - rather her hair flowing loosely in the wind. She's walking down a forest road, near White Forest (or somewhere around it). Behind her maybe there's a glimpse of Gordon, or Alyx, or Barney and some of the other rebels getting ready to mobilize. But in her arms, she's cradling a newborn baby, as she smiles down at it lovingly. And at the very bottom, written in tiny, but bold letters would be the word "HOPE" superimposed onto a transparent Half-Life 3 Logo - and below it, the number 2013.
You know, since the Combine's Supression field is down, and the human race can once again procreate. That's the idea anyway.

First off, they said that the reason why it is taking so long is because of they tend to change their minds mid-development to go for something better.

it would look awesome if it woud be this in white, the crowbar should be the normal red grey color and there should be the shadow of a freeman shaped head in the corner who wants to pick it up.
