Roses are red
My blood is like yours,
Don't believe me? Of Course!
You'll see when I'm dead.

It runs through my veins
It stains just as much
Just look at your face,
your getting a hunch!

I stood there before them
Their faces gone white,
With their expressions gone frozen
Mine tilted, with a scented delight.

With every breath taken
and every head turns,
There's no place remaining
Except for the place that burns.

I walk in the dark
down this cold, wasted street,
But no worries, no cries
I am kept warm from my just finished feast.

My senses are stinging
Senses hard to shun.
My heart is now racing
As I break our into a run.

My time here is done
I waited too long,
My skin begins to burn
from the massive heated sun.

Whats happening you ask?
I don't expect you to understand.
To lie here alone
with no one hand and hand.

I'm dying of course
that's all to be said,
But look as the wounds
They bleed a rose red.

So the poem above (yes it's long) i wrote because i really like the concept about the red in the picture and how it matched the drawing ^^ this took me about a week to color in and i drew this on Jan. 1, 2012 xD .... It is basically supposed to be 2 sisters and the ribbon in their mouth shows the bond they share (if you have a sibling and are very close to them.. you can kinda understand where I'm getting at ) .... so yea ^^ the song didn't exactly inspire me, but i needed a title... well i hope you all like it @^____^@
