I'm not sure. I haven't read any comics or seen any TV portrayals of Toxin, so I wouldn't know what to think. I just know he's a thing that exists, and that's he's more dangerous than both Venom and Carnage.
So, with that being said, it's either a bad thing or a good thing that Spidey would team up with Toxin.
