Well this is the beauty of having the mountains at your doorstep. It really brings you back to your skin and bones. These montains are so old, and yet young. And look how much theve gone through. They witnessed the birth of our ancestors. The last spike in the railroad that connects our country. They saw the building of roads and the humans that came in there luxury cars. Theve seen animals strong and week give in to harshness of the lanscape. Even through all of this they survived and grew. Like a star on earth the mountains give me hope.
