Well, I used photoshop to stamp her outline in 3 steps. I had to use different levels of the stamp effect to get the legs and heart shape bold, but keep the detail in her face. Once I was happy with the effect, I duplicated the layer, fillled the heart red, and put a gaussian blur on it. Then I multiplied the original black and white on top of the colored blur.Related content
