Lightning fast idea i had with Tokani , both citrines are super similar, that we thought they where in fact parts of the same gem!

Centuries ago, in the homeworld, Yellow Quartz was considered by many one of the greatest gem physicians. She lived in a temple bathed in the light of the fire stars, and would help anyone ill, body or mind.
However, as the expansion grew in scale, Y. Quartz was forced into a starship to work as medic soldier for the gem troops. After some years in space, a catastrophe happened: in a fight, the ship exploded, killing almost every gem inside. Yellow Quartz´s gem was split in half, and sent across the galaxy. Suprisingly, the shards didn´t die, and as they lived separated, each shard developed a different personality.
Altough the two citrines can fuse for a short period of time, they would only do it in a mutual need. This Yellow Quartz is but a shade of the original, as the shards can´t be fused again.
Yellow Quartz uses her twin floating Sun Blades in combat, generating high speed discs that block most incoming attacks. She´s highly intelligent and also has healing powers, but they can only work on sentient species, due to the nature of her powers.
