This time, in The Glyphverse, I just created a comic book cover for...The Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye - Roboter Geist ZerØ!
A wicked cool take on my Transformer / G.I. Joe / Mortal Kombat / Mega Man hybrid fan character Roboter Geist ZerØ by the mega-talelented Rick Celis!
I really dig the pose, shapes, details, shading, colours/fx, harpoon chainwork, and Rick Celis' signature drawing style!
Roboter Geist ZerØ can phase through solid objects, turn invisible, and hover via the jets in his "feet" not unlike a ghost. He also has the ability to shoot water, fire, and air from his left "hand" via a jet-like vent. A retractable harpoon tethered by a chain can be shot from his right forearm a la Mortal Kombat's Scorpion. I've had the name for a long while now [I studied German for 2 years], then I came up with some of his powers. I've had many different designs for him over the years, all vastly different from each other.
