Wonderful sepiatone. You've captured the age and majesty of the tree, and the sepia enhances the impact of its skeletal state.
The framing works well because you included the entire tree and the dramatic clouds above it. The shadows on the ground seem to lead into a forest, lending your trademark mysterious quality to the scene.
The smaller tree in the background helps enhance the main subject's size and age. the dry-looking grass under the tree adds the the wintery feel of the shot.
