It's a political statement on the current tensions between white and black Americans. The blood on the white hand represents the years of moral and social injustice and often (but not always) the intentional or unintentional neglect to correct the oppression. The symbolism is borrowed from the Irish Claddagh.

Well, he is eighteen years old.
6.50 in height. Thin but not scrawny, he has black messy hair and a short but disheveled beard. He has blue eyes but they're tired and has dark circles around his eyes from lack of sleep.
His skin is pale white from being encased inside learning and studying.
He wears a suit with a waistcoat, all black even his shirt. His trademark is his black and silver tie.
His eyebrows are arched like angry but behind are sadness, because in the story, he was in love.
She lost her and he blamed Sherlock
