Alright so I came back through and touched it up a bit. I think it needed a little cleanup.

I don't know if I am going to come back to this one or not. It was supposed to be for a Halloween drawing jam, but I didn't finish it in time. Anyway, yeah I pretty much wanted to make the most disgusting thing that I possibly could. This is what I came up with. K Thx Bai.

I must say it draws attention and really forces you to examine all areas to figure out what is happening with this (deep sea?) creature.

My favorite part is just above his right shoulder - the eel is taking interest in the eyeball(?) that he is holding, adding a sense of individuality, LOL!

Seems like the male equivalent of Medusa, but,... wait... did he just rip a hole in his own chest? (Below his right clavicle, the opening looks like a fresh wound. If so I'd like to see it bleed more.)

The scars and veins on the belly really work great and add a feel of history to this behavior. What adds the most to the creepy factor, for me, is that he's smiling all the while! Does he enjoy this??

I really like your color choices, it really stands out from the background. I love the whole idea of the little eel like creatures crawling from out of everywhere, they look awesome and creepy at the same time. Definitely like the scars and cuts along the stomach, and the background really adds character to this creature and gives it more of a back story. My only request if you do come back to this is to maybe touch up the lower right side. It seems like it didn't get as much attention as the rest, but overall i love it. Definitely fave-ing

Yes I have a scar on my chest from a iron file like that. Inverted and all. It hurt like hell. My name Elijul is kind of a perversion of Elijah. Its something I refer to myself as but was not born with.
