I absolutely this piece! It reminds me of "Avatar: The Last Air Bender" for some reason... I think its cause it looks like water and air to me. There i go, acting like a nerd again! ... Well, anyway... lol

I don't know if I can really "critique" this piece seeing as how I've never done fractal work before but I know what I like so I'll give it a shot...
I think you could have made the blue a little more vibrant so it would stand out against the white... but other than that, I don't see anything else I would change. You did a wonderful job here!
