And this is only for the primary timeline of the Avengers-Verse. Thanks to the events of the Justice/Doom War, the timeline has truly split off at each point in the history of the Avengers-Verse that was altered by the primary Avengers back in the Age of Xanmazsu Arc. Super Smash Bros. Legacy will not only focus on the primary timeline of the Avengers-Verse, but will also be exploring the new timelines created for Universe 12 (the world of Maximum Sonic and is unique in how it features three distinct timelines in the form of the Classic, Adventure, and Modern eras), Universe 10 (the world of Ben 10 Reboot: Redemption Crossover, Marvel Redemption, and DC Redemption), Universe 7 (which extends to the original 12 Universes as a whole), and the World of Trophies as well as the distant future that King Thor, Queen Fluttershy, and the Girls of Thunder hail from.
As for the Avengers Machine MK XV itself, the roster is nearly identical to the Avengers Machine MK XIV's roster, but does have some notable differences;
1. Previously, Elpizo and Tempest Shadow shared a body with Twilight Sparkle following their redemption. With Super Smash Bros. Legacy, however, Twilight has built a new body for Elpizo as well as a Reploid body for Tempest Shadow as her way of giving them both a second chance at life.
2. The Girls of Thunder (Frigg, Ellisiv, and Atli Wodendottir) are no longer active members of the Avengers due to returning with their grandparents to their native timeline, although they remain allies of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
3. Schala, the World Forger, the Monitor, and the Anti-Monitor were allies of the Avengers during the Justice/Doom War, but weren't official members of the team. Starting with Super Smash Bros. Legacy, however, all four of them are officially inducted into the ranks of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
4. Rarity...isn't the same one that the Avengers knew originally. See, the original Rarity was resurrected along with Sonic and Carol during the finale of the Justice/Doom War after her death in the Goddess of Generosity Arc, but chose to remain in the distant past following her mother Perpetua's final defeat. The Rarity who joins the Avengers in Super Smash Bros. Legacy is the one they saved from being fractured by the World Forger, the Monitor, and the Anti-Monitor during the finale of the Justice/Doom War, and is in fact responsible for her brothers joining Earth's Mightiest Heroes in Super Smash Bros. Legacy. The original Rarity is still around, mind you, as she has taken Perpetua's place as the Creator of the Multiverse (even going so far as to take up Perpetua's name as a final act of spite towards her mother), but the new Rarity has essentially taken up her original's mantle as one of Earth's protectors (the best comparison I can make is how the pre-Flashpoint Superman took up his New 52 counterpart's mantle in DC Rebirth after the latter's death).

And I've just updated the Avengers Machine MK XV roster yet again. You may notice that a certain "indie" franchise is now a part of the Avengers-Verse and that the five new DC characters seem a little...familiar.

Yeah, well, I'm adding Shantae and her friends to the Avengers-Verse. Oddly enough, I introduce them debut during the Dark Avengers-Verse storyline, which is essentially my take on Dark Nights: Metal and therefore a rather dark storyline, especially since it sees the three versions of The Batman Who Laughs (Universe 10, 12 Universes, and World of Trophies) and their New Revengers conquer the Avengers-Verse by having the Griever At The End Of All Things (one of Perpetua's superiors and the one responsible for judging creation to determine whether it lives or dies) fold it into the Dark Multiverse, essentially corrupting it into the Dark Avengers-Verse. Having said that, Shantae and her friends' optimistic attitude that they can help the Avengers and the Chrono Avengers save their corrupted reality serves to provide a sense of hope in an otherwise bleak situation.
As for the 5 new DC characters (who are listed underneath the World Forger, the Monitor, and the Anti-Monitor), you may have noticed some of their code names are different than usual. Well, that's because Superboy (Jon Kent), Batman (Damian Wayne), the Flash (Wallace West), Green Lantern (Dinah Lance), and Hawkgirl (Kendra Saunders) are from the DCeased universe's version of Earth-2...and they also happen to be the only living survivors left from that world after The Batmen Who Laugh and Eris unleash the DCeased versions of Superman and Wonder Woman across all four versions (Universe 10, 12 Universes, World of Trophies, and Prime) of the DCeased universe's version of Earth-2 during the Dark Avengers-Verse storyline for the dual purpose of demonstrating what will happen to those who defy them and to make Superman and Batman suffer by forcing them to watch their alternate reality sons lose what little they had left after the events of DCeased.
