Here are the steps on how to draw May in her swimsuit, while holding Manaphy.

1) Like always, start with a circle for the base, then on the right side, you make the chin a little out of the base and back into the bottom part of the base. Draw two parallel lines, one over the other for her eyes, and then a vertical line to arrange face expressions.
2) Next, you draw two skinny ovals, one on each of the lines, and a mouth on the bottom part of the base.
3) Next, you draw the details on the eyes as so, then the eyebrows. Draw the nose between the lower horizontal line, and then start from the bottom for the hair, to about more than half the circle, down a little bit to half, up a little, down a little, up to almost the circle's end, and curve down till you reach the end for her bangs. (If tricky, then copy how I did it).
4) Now, you start from her right side and you make a curve down for the rest of her hair, four points of her hair should be shown, then draw a wider half circle above the base for all of her hair. After, draw the same curve line, but only two points should be seen. (It's optional if you want to put some detail in the hair).
5) Now, you draw her neck in a curve motion, you then draw two of her arms (One comes out from her right side under her hair and the other comes from under her chin). Next, you give her the bikini (DUH! Otherwise, she was be naked). Just a little bit from the neckline, draw a slant curve up till half of her upper arm, then, draw a wide "V" shape for her bikini, after, draw an obtuse "L" shape beside her right arm for her back.
6) From the back, curve to the left to finish her back. Now, following the front, draw a very small curve to the left to complete the body's base. Add the bottom part of the swimsuit by starting from the top, down slanted to the left, slant up to the right a little bit, then a few centimeters higher from the top, draw another slanted line to the left, but don't have it touch to the base. Then add bows of any kind to both side of her waist and her top, and some bump designs on her top to finish.
7) Now, it's time to work on Manaphy. Basically, Manaphy isn't as complexed as any other Pokemon, so draw a circle, but not perfect, just a little off on the sides. Then, Draw the horizontal and vertical lines, to arrange it's face expressions. After, draw two ovals over the line, a mouth under the line on the left. It's arm are not detailed, so just draw a blob that connects to the ends of May's arms and another one starting from Manaphy's head. Draw it's body in a curve pattern and it's feet under it. Finish May's arm by drawing her hands holding Manaphy. Draw Manaphy's two Antennae up and in a curve to the left and a corcle at the end. Finish up Manaphy's face by draw the four circles over Manaphy's eyes and from the circle, draw four line connecting to the eyes. Then, finish the eyes off like as seen in part 2 of this tutorial.
