This is Mariko Shinobu, from Oniisama e, an amazing manga by the always so great, Riyoko Ikeda.

Thanks. I think you'd like Oniisama e, it's a good school girl romance thing. Quite sad and dramatic, but that's just to be expected from 70s manga..xD

I see. I'm not much of a drama person but I have a very soft spot in my heartless soul so I do like stuff like that.
It's a manga and anime that is, well, pretty ecchi but also really cool. It's about these people called Quasars who control chemical elements, like iron, mercury, copper and the like. There's a butt-load of action and humor but also... well... like I said, it's very ecchi.
