First project of 3 for this semester for the Studio Art General class with emphasis on ceramics

Seeds of Gaia II is the 3D version of my original etching print [link]

The hands are done with low-temperature white clay and painted with underglazes and clear glaze. The flower is made of clay (for the eye structure), beads (petal-shaped acrylic beads for the petals and a wooden bead for the seed) and beading wire (for the stalk). The stalk is done in a 90% of it out of a single line of wire, the other 10% pertains to the wiring done for the "nest" where the flower would be glued to (can't be seen here).

The flower and the hands aren't glued together for packing easily they are arranged only by accomodating it between the fingers.

The hands were entirely handbuilt, and the reference for them were my hands
