Description here are some ways i cope w my depression (writing this when i should be sleeping for a huge scholarship test tommorow but i thought this would be more
important)

- sometimes i like to either write down or think about my absolute favorite words and pretend to explain how they make me feel and why i like them to people in the most detailed way i can think of
- cuddle with stuffed animals
- clean my room or hold my pets lol
- listne to soft indie bands that have nice calm songs
- make myself food i barely ever make
- plan for things ive always wanted in the future (for me its how im gonna dye my hair or testosterone)
- read childhood memory books (lol for me warriors or redwall)
- ok this is sad of me but i like imagining going on cute dates w a non existant significant other just bc it is soft and adorable in my head
- give myself a weird makeover lol or do things i normally dont do which for me is paiting my nails and such idk sometimes its a self confidence booster
- if i feel like i need to hurt myself ill draw on myself! just little weird designs... ill pretend im giving myself a marker tattoo or something and draw things dont use sharpie please omg
- tell urself it isnt always gonna hurt, this is important: there will be a time where you will be happy.
- DRINK WATER IT IS GOOD AND CALMING GUYS ALSO YOU SHOULD DRINK WATER IF YOUVE BEEN IN BED A LOT
- also shOWER... it feels so good to be clean
- ALSO ALSO put a big blanket in the dryer for like ten minutes and then cuddle up in it... it is utter bliss

It's good to write down your coping methods so you can remember them. I think it is very interesting to see how different people cope ;v; Your methods all sound very sweet. I might make a similar journal if that's okay with you. c=

These are some nice ideas, I actually do a few of these, the date thing of a imagined significant other too. although, sometimes i find that hard and it gets dark. really dark. rip

These are some really good ideas!! TBH it's so cool seeing what makes other people happy, and knowing that someone might benefit from seeing your list. Also, good luck on your test tomorrow! nwn
