I'm pretty sure this transfers over to ps fairly well. 

Sai is just easier on my old lady of a computer since it's a lighter program.

I probably could figure out how to do some of the stuff in Sai in Photoshop. I should try using Sai sometime tho ^^

I'll have to try it then to see how it is different from PS I still need to practice using my tablet and try to ink with it lol ^^

What I do for tears is get a lighter color than the base and make the initial shape.

then with your eraser tool and a low density erase the middle exposing your base color.

then on a new luminosity layer add shine and blur with the water tool when needed.
