An actual mod.(Updated Workshop version with even more portraits thanks to DMN666 , please use that one instead) Look for it on the Steam Workshop
Updated to work with latest Killing Floor version and include new start up screen. (Seems people were still using it so here you go, no new or updated portraits, I lost those files long ago due to HDD malfunction, sorry :T)
A package full of ponified versions of Killing Floor portraits, it contains 18 different pony portraits and 3 alternative portraits, all of them including a brilliantly written profile description courtesy of StupidSexyOcelot
These portraits are affected by your "Texture Detail" Setting so try to raise it above low.
To install just replace the original Killing Floor files with the Mod files by placing them into their corresponding folders.
Place UPL files here: "steam/steamapps/common/killingfloor/system"
Place UTX file here: "steam/steamapps/common/killingfloor/textures"

There is Do Not Struggle's Rainbow Dash model for KF, is still a work in progress since he's figuring out how to code a custom voice pack for the whole thing. [link]
Also MetalMedved's Applejack model for KF, is a pay to play though and I personally don't really like the biped animations on a pony model, but if you're that desperate. [link]
I really hope to see some nice pony mods in the future and of course a pony related map is actually something very reachable,

Oh god I fucking hate Medved. It's really unfair that you have to buy his mods. He had a really kickass Postal Dude model that was 300 fucking rubles. I'll check out the other mods though.

Which type of files were you looking for? These files are solely to replace some of the original Killing Floor files.

i choose pinkie for firebug because she's the pyro pony, derpy as demo cause she's almost always breaking stuff, and celestia as commando because i couldnt think of anything else and didnt think rarity would want to be in such a violent place

Spike, in my opinion, would be a better firebug since Dragons are "fire proof" plus Celestia is OP as hell.

btw also forgot to add in that since the new urban nightmare character pack if thats what its called i think, it makes their profile description into KFGUI.Shadow_Ferret" and when it auto updated, my mlp mod and custom music got all restored to normal. just saying if its a bug or something

The Trader Portrait should be.. Zecora... duh. She is the one where everypony go when dey don't know what to do. "There is a zombie invasion, what we have to do? " "we ask zecora!"
Baddest_Santa should be Berry Punch, since both are alcoholics.
Police_Constable_Briar should be Iron Will or Cranky
For the TF2 pyro you pobably have seen that red pyro is Pinkie Pie, and the Blu should be Derpy
