Please do NOT send me notes about this tutorial. Paypal has a great FAQ~~~~
Because paypal seems to be very confusing to a lot of people.

A. Yes. You will need a bank account though! : )
Q. Do I need to put some money on my account before I start using it?
A. Nope. So you can just start with your account with no money in your account. c:
Q. Can I link this this tutorial in my journal?
A. Yes! Feel free to post it in your journal, the more people see it, the more people will learn how to use Paypal!
Q. If i'm the receiver, do I have to have Paypal as well..?
A. Yes! Both parties need a Paypal account to send/receive money.
Q. Can I send/receive different currencies?
A. Yes you can. You can select what type of currency you want to send! : )

This may be a terribly noob-y question, but will paypal send me any letters via mail? Like verification/confirmation letters etc. And if they do, is there a way to choose not to recieve them? I want to know this before I set up my account.

It says I can't, because I'm under 18. How do I pay commissions with this, if I can't register well? I tried the personal type, but I couldn't, do to my age limit.

You create an account with an email account you already have (gmail/hotmail/yahoo-whatever).
Set up your account, and then all you have to do is send people your email address and they will have to go through the process of sending you money
It will appear in your account. If your account is linked to a bank account you use "withdraw to bank account" and you can send the money to your bank account!

I'm trying to get started on doing commissions, and I wasn't so sure as to how someone were to pay me for my art.
So all they have to do is just go on this tab, put the amount, give a simple message, and then send the money. Is that correct?

Is this also possible with a bankaccount? because when I try to pay it gives me the screen where I have to

I am not familiar with DA's premium memberships, so I just checked out their page. But it has a little tab, for me at least, with Paypal as the option (it's next to the credit card tab).
When I click on the "Upgrade to Premium" it automatically redirects me te Paypal. There you should be just fill in the email address and password you use for Paypal and you should be able to make the purchase.
