Commission for of his brazilian girl Angel.

This one took such a massive amount of work I lost count of how many hours i spent on it. it's not that this drawing is any skillful or hard to do, it's just that i didn't know how to do many of the things i tried here and a large amount of trial and error had to take place. That and I had to get used again with some of the techniques i used for computer painting.

This is a brazilian carnival parade like costume. I researched a bit of my favorite brazilian carnival parade girls and a bunch of costumes to come up with something that would please the commissioner's request for his kind of costume with nipple pasties. Carnival costumes are really the art of doing the same things over and over again for like 50 years but pretending it's something new. The materials and the concepts are pretty much the same every year and the constants would be:
1. Erotic or pornographic cover of the body
2. Shiny and sparkly
3. Materials most likely include overdone fine detail like pearls, glitter, spangles, sequins, fake and real jewelry, and a bunch of golden or silver materials.
4. Feathers
5. High heels. Some are really high.
I decided to stay away from the feathers and I think it was a good idea. It already took too much time without them and those usually take a huge amount of space around the girls, space i don't really have available on paper.
