Actually I haven't build any kind of character profile for the girls I draw. I just said she had fake tits because they looked very spherical in her first pic. A trend I carried to her second pic (the one I pointed out for you). So I decided those are fake, as opposed to those of Luanna which hang lower with a more natural shape.
As for her ass, note that she also has enormous hips and thighs. You can't look like this just by getting ass implants. I decided her ass is natural (although you will never see this in real life, neither natural nor fake).
