To my knowledge, no. But i must say i never watch all of the episodes of the reboot Galactica. I prefer the Classic Galactica, so it can be that the Bomber was seen somewhere.

Nah, it was never featured in the reimagined series since bombing was one of the roles the raptor had. Oh well, cool design none the less!

Doesn't take away from it though! It looks really cool and matches the sort of real-world human combat-vehicle style which the vipers use, along with the raptor.
