In QP sama's other fic 'A morning in thousand years', Amelia did the same thing. Zel avoided contacting with her even though he has affection on her since he knew that he couldn't live the same time with her.Β
Depressed Amelia met a prince from neighboring country who was sent as kinda royal hostage at her birthday party. At first she slapped his cheek because he made her upset talking about how much she fell in love with Zel.Β After the prince went through a life crisis, Amelia felt sympathy and found a similar characteristics with Zel.Β They married and had a stable life together, but the Prince respected Amelia's everlasting love toward Zel until he died. =w=
...And later, a descendant of those couple, Princess Rosa-Lina meets Xelloss, and later Zelgadiss.Β
It's very sad, beautiful and beloved fic.
