This is a well-executed piece in technique and composition, but what I like about it more is that even though I don't know the subject, I feel interested in the person. Well done for capturing that extra dimension!

Excellent detail in his hair and facial hair, and the contrast is striking. Very nice! I also like how you left some roughness to it, not blending the pencil to a smooth finish.

This is enthralling. There's a lot of hyperrealistic pencil art here on DA, but this is...different somehow. He seems almost to glow with character, a fully realized person on paper. I don't know how to express how amazed I am by this.
