Just returned from a business trip- had plenty of time on my hands in the hotel so got busy on the sketching.All in Ballpoint pen

I'm stabbing my ballpoints with each other and then grinding the broken shards into a bloody, inky mess in the palm of my hands screaming "How does he make 'em so clean?! So fresh?!??"

Ha cleanup in progress. Kind words; thanks! I have been practicing more. It funny though, I sometimes I can see traces of the styles of people I watch and look up to here on DR in my stuff. Just gotta keep at it. Setik01 [link] is a beast on the ballpoint tip too.

Yes, I suppose so- I read 2000AD for years, any graphic novels by Alan Moore, studied the work of artists for years, copied their work and eventually my work grew out of that- I started to be able to make my own ideas real. It's a long process- took me about 25 years up to this point...
