I really like how the arm and hand of the girl on the left side kinda resemble the elephant's trunk shape, it really gives a flowing effect to the image!

I can relate to what is happening in this photograph. While visiting family in Vietnam back in 1999, I visited a park in Ho Chi Minh City which had a couple of elephants. I fed one of them sugar cane and she thanked me by patting me on the head, then blowing dry hot air in my face.
The photograph itself is wonderfully laid out. I like the focus on the woman in the center being blessed by the elephant as her friend looks on.
