The wisp of hair over the eye makes his eye seem to be almost cartoonish. But that's ok, the look on the face makes the expression that creats seem almost appropriate.

Very emotive. For some reason reminds me of the scene in Sleeping Beauty when the Prince has to chop through all the thorns.
