Description
I had an idea, like, what if we create insect-like humans? Well, here you go, I did it. Let me introduce you to Korns - sentient insect-like beings. Their main feature is a fan-like structure that they can open up in cases of sympathy. Korns are divided into four races: Forest, Snow, Desert, and Cave. Unfortunately, over time, it became impossible for them to live on the surface of their native land. The cold became increasingly intense, which could have put an end to their lives if it weren't for the Cave Korns. They found a solution by hiding underground, where the temperature was conducive to life and development.
As a result, the surface turned into an icy desert, and the caves became metropolises. Over time, an unofficial hierarchy emerged in the cities, with the Snow and Cave races being above the others. Cave Korns were the founders of cities where other races settled. They provided everyone with housing and security, while Snow Korns helped with the transition from surface life to cave life, as the cold affected them less.
More about their fans: The fans come in different colors: rare, less rare, and the most common. As mentioned earlier, the fans open up during strong sympathy to attract attention. If someone does pay attention to them, they might unknowingly start creating clapping sounds. *Fans can also open up to intimidate enemies and showcase their dominance through colors.
In most aspects, their lives are reminiscent of humans. They live, work, create families, and love. And that's about it.
