This is one of my I'm-proud-of-my-heritage pieces. I just have random urges to do them... I was actualy staring at my kilt without thinking and wanted to draw it. I've been playing with my coloured pencils too, so it gave me a challenge, and I surprised myself, and did an alright job with the colour.The un-coloured draft is in my gallery...

They're a mixed culture. Scotts are more known for it and it's more Embedded in their culture, yes. But, it' found in Irish culture, still.

It's only found in Irish culture because they borrowed the idea from the Scotts is what I've read. It was something about how the bogs of Ireland didn't mesh well with bare legs lol
