Very Ansel Adams. The texture and detail in the tree is just great, as is the clarity in the canyon beyond. I would have liked to see the shadow a little deeper, but I'm like that. If PS would let you deepen just the tree shadow, without losing any of the beautiful detail ...

A great idea to do this in BW. The canyon's texture seems to repeat itself in the tree's texture.
