Inspiration often strikes when you least expect it...While browsing the Christmas quilting section at my local Fabricland last November (as one does), I came across several printed cottons with musical note themes. All were simple, unique and had a vaguely vintage feel. I'd also gone to see Curios, one of the new shows by Cirque du Soleil, and the fabrics reminded me of some of the costumes I'd seen under the big top. And thus, the theme for this collection was born: Music and Circuses!
