Description
I got a message from the other day asking some Project Rooftop regulars if they had any Batman Beyond fan art for Fan-Art Fridays. I realized I had none, and asked myself why I had none. So the only way to rectify that was to make one!!!

I did an EXTREMELY loose pencil sketch underneath, then started using a pentel black brush pen to lay down some ink. Then I used a craft waterbrush to draw out the ink to make it move further. Then I grabbed a water bottle and some black fluid acrylic to create some water textures. After that dried, I mixed up some payne's gray and used some burnt umber to add some general tones. Then titanium white to add highlights and clean things up.
