Description Shortly after the Super Chief had passed, Train #24, the Eastbound Grand Canyon Limited from Los Angeles to Chicago via the Grand Canyon, races past the camera behind another set of Warbonnets, this time an A-B-B Set. The Train was running over 5 hours & 12 minutes behind schedule & is making up for lost time as it files towards it's next stop, Winslow AZ. Earlier in the day, the train made it's schedule trip to the Grand Canyon as scheduled, which would be a scheduled stop on the train's route to LA, until 1968, when all services to the canyon were discontinued. The train would arrive in Chicago, the following night. Like most Passenger trains, the Grand Canyon Limited would make it's final run on May 1, 1971, when Amtrak took over.
