No name yet but I really wanted to create this character.
She's a mutant girl which can control jellyfishlike-psywaves.

I wanted her having a dark background story.
She's got her powers since she was born. They're helping her recovering from pain or letting her doing some actions like jumping really high or levitating for a short time. She can also move things without touching them. After entering the kindergarten the kids where mocking her, because she's doing all those strange actions and her parents became afraid of her. While she's hiding her powers she became and outsider.
After an incident when she was about 13 years old (woho she couldn't control her powers) she's been living in a center for extraordinary people kept away from the outside world.

In this picture she looks pretty happy an nice, because she's free to use her powers which gave her comfort, but in general she'll be a dark character.

Nothing extraordinarily new but I love those stories pretty much. I think it would fit the hellboy or x-men universe perfectly fine.
