That is what I missed from a lot of the Scarecrow incarnations. The outfit has to be scary even without drugs. ...in my opinion, of course. I would've been very happy if they'd changed Crane's outfit a little in Dark Knight. It was good for a beginning, but he sunk deep into madness, he deserves something more wicked.
