This was taken at Myth Masque by www.facebook.com/DanielBergero⦠. They had a photobooth kind of set up in this great little corner of the event and it's one of the only photos of us in full length together that looks good. Although I wish we had a bit more of a wider pose, there wasn't a lot of room so we had to stay in pretty close. There are other minor things I'd love to change if I could but overall I do really like this photo. Hopefully at the next event and when we do our own studio shots of these costumes we can get some more full length images of us together.Rumbelle: Myself and my Husband

Aww thanks so much! These are still my fav characters to cosplay! We actually have the season 3 Neverland version of Rumple that's all black made and I'm going to be making her blue dress to go with it for Halloween this year! Once we get photos of those costumes I'll be uploading those too! I need us to do ALL the Rumbelle poses hahahah!

Thanks! We were kinda bummed with the pic a liiiiiiiitle bit because the area wasn't very wide so we had to really crunch in together and the photo was so fast we didn't get much time to settle into any pose. And my bodice is riding up showing my skirt belt....meh.....One day soon we will do some more pro shots of these costumes cuz I love em!!

Did you buy the costumes somewhere or did you make them? If you made them what materials did you use/how did you do it? The costumes appear to be very genuine- particularly rumple's!

I made them. Rumple is all leather. His collar is croc tails that were stripped and then dyed. His vest is cow leather that was laser cut from the pattern that we created to look like his vest. His pants we bought and altered. His shirt is silk charmeuse that I made into a typical "romance" male blouse. And his jacket is pigskin that I then cut out strips of and sewed them down onto the jacket in the swirls and have been weathering it with wax. And his cuffs were a stiffer upholstery leather as were the cuffs on his boot tops and the boot tops are also cow leather in a bit heavier weight. My dress needs to be redone as I want to make it from silk taffeta its just at the time we spent so much on his costume that we couldn't afford to do mine out of silk as well. So hopefully next year I'll finish this one up (the detailing up top) and then sell it and make a new dress where I can take my time like I did when I redid the Rumple costume.
