Description
Meet My OC, Filica Langdon. She's a Forensic Science Expert, Trace Division in Aesilia Special Investigation Force. A team of elite investigators and forensic science experts tasked to handle national scale crime (similar to FBI's federation level). From my project "Observer" (i think i will change the name later). The genre would be kinda realistic crime drama with your typical seinen flare.She's the youngest member in the Special Investigation Force, Specialize in material tracing. Mainly found analyzing evidence in her Lab together with another member of the Trace Division Antonio Larke. She often got mistaken for a kid that would make her instantly mad and pouting. She's 19 year old that had the Gal Fashion Sense that for some reason didn't get her in trouble while working. The Supervisor, Windor Savalin believes that it could help her to stay in the zone and totally focused on work when in reality she just like being stylish and it had nothing to do with her work performance.
A Combination of Professionalism with personal freedom. A Pure and cheerful heart in the middle of grim reality of the Crime World.

First, I like to say that I love the details you made for this character. All of her accessories have so much detail and best part about it is that they suit the character well. The accessories also helped to bring out her cheerful personality. Nicely done on that part. That aside, I even love the details on her hair as well. A light blonde with traces of pink, it was a unique combination that helped made her stand out. Now on to the wrinkles of clothing. The details of the wrinkles of her clothing looked absolutely perfect. Heck, even the wrinkles on the gloves have so much good detail. With so much detail on just about everything in this drawing, it makes the drawing and character look amazing then it already is. Once again, nicely done!
In conclusion, I liked this drawing for how much detail was put into it and liked how the character looked. The character is stylish to the core while being cute at the same time. Although, I kind of wish the background had a bit more shine to it as the character. However, that doesn't ruin this drawing in the slightest. I truly hope to see more like this in the possible future. With that said, I hope you will have a fantastic day!

also yeah i kinda lacks in making an imaginative backgrounds, i really need to improve on that

Personallly, I liked the emotion that you reflect us. That cheerful mode she has.
And I think you really did a good job providing this emotion with bright colors, the gesture she does and the face expression. It is obviously clear that she is the youngest person in the Special Investigation. I liked the idea that creating someone who is really happy and positive in the Crime World. Her hands look successfully drawn (many artist include me usually complain how difficult to draw hands 
To point some parts the improve, I think the (hers) left wrist looks too tilted. It can be fixed if the hand and arm looked a little straight together.
To sum up, I think you did a good job with this piece :3 I loved the small cute details such as badges and pins she has on her apron and hair which make the drawing even more relatable with the emotion over all.

Im really happy to hear that! yes the idea of the character is a character that stands out from the crowd while still being professional (kinda....) with the lab equipments and such. thank you again for the input
also i agree on the wrist part, i still have problems with body proportion or pose in general and kinda inexperienced in drawing females (or this petite girls) so i really appreciate the input. Will definitely try to improve next time thank you very much!
