With Photoshop CS6 (Line, Color and Animation) and Mouse.... i should've learn to use Pentab....

Veyn Aber LightstreamI just want to lay out a summary of the Background Story of one of My OC. Veyn Aber Lightstream. Before i forgot.....
Veyn Aber Lightstream is the brother of the previous protagonist in Incarnia, Fallen Lightstream. Incarnia is a Shonen Adventure type of stories i made. Simply put, the world revolves around a chosen warrior called "Sylvers". They are warriors with special ability, They can utilize the Sol energy to call upon a special "Thing" From the Gate of Vahndel that will be used as their own unique weapon. That "Thing" can be anything, a weapon, some non lethal thing like a book, coffin etc2, a monster or even a person. Sylvers also have an innate elemental power that come with the weapon, The elements also functions as the identifier of the user's Quality, with Light and Darkness as the most rare, borderline Non Existent element. But after the Event of the First Incarnia the power was shut down. Can never be used again.

I'm not really sure by how, Do you mean how to create one or upload one?
im using Photoshop CS6 to make this using the timeline window. And Save As Web, then you'll just need to adjust color scheme (or such) and save.
