Alrighty guys, in both celebration of going into my junior year as well as inspiration provided via an amazing nightcore of a song...I decided to go on ahead and finally upgrade my beloved persona from wishing star to shooting star.The multiple arms were something that I decided on at last second...but man am I glad that I did. ((X3 She looks like a goddess now.)) So yeah... now Ever has the ability to slightly manipulate time as well as grant more than one wish per person. Initially I was going to give each of Ever's arms something to do (what with involving time and all), but in the end it all looked too busy, so I just left them empty. And yes, that is a galaxy/halo hovering over her head.
Anywhos~ this little beauty is going to become my icon now.

A spirit who has the capacity to hold the mechanisms of the universe in her hands for a short time. If such cosmic power was abused and she was used time and time again to grant wishes, she would actually condense into a reality-threatening black hole. NOT a pretty picture.

Yup~! She hardly ever appears to people outright, and she hardly ever manifests herself completely in one place. She usually just projects her influence to those she watches over through dreams and such. When she does "appear", it's typically by briefly taking residence in the body of a person whom she's shown herself to. So basically, she possesses people for a short period of time to deliver some divine wisdom before leaving, with the "host" person completely unaware as to what has happened.

Her strength is more measured in how much she can manipulate the universe to grant a "wish". In regards to relative strength, well, she doesn't truly have a body anymore, so she's not really limited to what one would consider "muscle strength."

Puppeteer: Wow... What a beautiful entity. How I long to know what it would feel like to live up in the heavens... But sadly I have no soul... Shame...

Ever smiled gently at the Puppeteer as she extended one of her many arms towards him. "I do believe that that can be arranged."

The Puppeteer shook his head sadly. "I wish I could... But I am bound to my master to serve him. But thank you greatly for you offering..." He slumps his shoulders and turns to leave... Then faces Ever slowly "I'm just a servant. Made of metal and material.... How could I ever be free?..."

Ever's smile did not waver as she gestured to his heart with one of her many arms. "You could wish for humanity, if you are truly willing to be free."

The Puppeteer blinks and bows his head. "you have such a kind heart...but..." he reaches up to his chest and moves the faded purple fabric aside, revealing a large, rusted spring connecting his upper half to his lower half. He looked down at the empty space and gave a sad chuckle. "if I had a heart to speak of..." he looked up again and the material where his mouth should be stretched upwards in a sort of smile. "but I'm glad I had the pleasure of meeting a goddess such as yourself. I'm sorry I can't take up you generous offer as my master needs me... But I hope that you'll accept this small token of gratitude... It is the least I can do." the Puppeteer reaches into his chest cavity and withdraws a small mechanical bird made of copper and iron. He held the tiny mechanical creature out to Ever as it came to life and chirped happily. "this bird was made by my master a while ago, before he made me, but he threw it away since he thought it didn't work. I found it in an old box one day and fixed him... Turns out he was sentient like me. I think you could provide him with a better home then I.... I hope we will meet again"

Ever nodded with understanding as she took the mechanical bird into one of her multiple arms, and after a brief moment, covered the mechanical being in twilight. After a moment, the bird was overcome with a flash of light - and it began to chirp and flap its wings, good as new.
She turned her opaline eyes to him as she gestured towards him with one of her arms, summoning a portal behind the Puppeteer as she prepared to send him back to his master. "Thank you, I will cherish this precious creature with me for eternity. Until we meet again..."

Lui giggled, wiggling her cat like ears. She bounced a little, the sleeves of her wool sweater moving back and showing that the back of her hands were a little red and the skin had cracked in some places.
