This guy was described as a "mad scientist" artificer villain in an Eberron campaign. The expression is sort of Rick & Morty-ish, but I thought it was a little too awesome to resist. His familiar is a homunculus and is holding a biscuit. Apparently, it's an inside joke in this game. Damn. Now I want a biscuit. Mmmmm... Biscuits...
