Description
Starbole is a Balisodeir subspecies, Noson Ael from the Oceanic Planet Lux Scopulum. Balisodeir are Long, Humanoid Ray Finned Fish, usually spanning 5 feet in length and 6 feet in height. Balisodeir are split into two different Subspecies, The Nosean Ael, and The Nosean Nanat. The Ael tend to be bigger and predominantly darker than the Nanat due to their Habitat. The Ael have evolved to Live in deeper, darker waters, making homes in the Abyssopelagic Zone (The Abyss) of the ocean that covers most of their planet. In the Abyss Predators are unlikely due to the lack of visibility, most species that live there, thrive due to their ability to see in the dark, or like the Balisodeir, light themselves up, and act as a light in the darkness. The Nosean Nanat live in the Mesopelagic Zone (The Twilight Zone) which is composed of shallower waters, closer to the surface, and land. The Nanat, being much smaller in comparison to the Ael, burrow in the sand for homes, some even living in the minacious Coral Reefs, hiding in the coral and striking when prey come their way.

The Balisodeir live in salt waters and begin their lives as flat larvae called Hibernica Interfectorem. They spend the first couple of years on the surface waters of the sea, feeding on marine snow, small particles that float in the ocean of Stropod Vikkus. Balisodeir larvae then metamorphose into see through, tiny eels without any arms
Called Eles Speculo and then become Ellets, a bit larger than the Eles Speculo and having the spikes and “face mask” of the grown Balisodeir. Spending a few years as Ellets they finally seek out their juvenile and adult habitats, Nanats stay closer to the surface, while Ael migrate deeper into the sea. Once fully grown, both species gain the ability to spin into a “torpedo” underwater. With enough speed they can do the same in the air.
